L'Atelier Thaï offers authentic and handcrafted products sourced from Thailand, with a particular focus on products related to Buddhism, Thai culture, spirituality, religious traditions, gemstones, jewelry and traditional Thai craftsmanship.
Our products are offered for cultural, decorative, collectible and spiritual purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a product description, our products are not intended to make any medical, therapeutic, financial or guaranteed spiritual claims.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and colours are accurate.
Because many of our products are handmade or naturally sourced, minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size or finish may occur. Such variations are part of the nature and authenticity of handmade and natural products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Where a product is described as handmade, it may have small differences from the photographs shown on the website.
For natural materials such as gemstones, jade, wood, minerals or other natural materials, variations and natural inclusions may occur.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or typographical errors. If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we will contact the customer before processing the order and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order.
4. Orders and Payment
An order becomes effective once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Thailand.
We ship internationally to countries where delivery is available through our shipping partners.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.
European Union and United Kingdom
For deliveries to the European Union and the United Kingdom, we generally offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where this service is available.
With DDP shipping, applicable import duties, VAT and customs charges are generally handled and paid as part of the shipping service, meaning that the customer should not normally have to pay additional import taxes or customs duties upon delivery.
The availability of DDP may depend on the destination country, shipping method and the nature of the product.
Other Countries
For countries outside the European Union and United Kingdom, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.
6. Customs and Import Restrictions
International orders may be subject to customs inspections or import regulations in the destination country.
L'Atelier Thaï cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for import restrictions imposed by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges where the shipment is not sent under DDP terms, the parcel may be returned to us. Any refund in such circumstances may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, customs or other costs incurred by us.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
In addition to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country, we offer a 30-day return period.
The customer may request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
To request a return, the customer must contact us before sending the item back.
The returned item must:
- be unused and in its original condition;
- be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable;
- be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transportation;
- be sent using a tracked shipping service;
- be returned to Thailand at the address provided below.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for a voluntary return due to a change of mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching us.
A refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
For a voluntary return, the original standard shipping cost may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory right of withdrawal or other consumer protection right, those statutory rights take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs and a description of the issue.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable law.
For products that are defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer should not return the item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Where applicable law requires us to cover the cost of returning a defective or incorrectly supplied item, we will do so.
9. Handmade and Natural Products
Many products sold by L'Atelier Thaï are handmade, artisan-made or made using natural materials.
Small imperfections, variations in colour, texture, shape, patina or dimensions may therefore occur.
These characteristics may be considered part of the individual character of the product and do not necessarily constitute defects.
10. Authenticity and Product Information
Where a product is described as authentic, genuine, handmade, sterling silver, gold, jade, gemstone or another specific material, we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the description accurately reflects the product supplied.
Certificates of authenticity or other documentation will only be provided where specifically stated in the product listing.
Customers should refer to the individual product description for specific information concerning materials, dimensions, weight, origin and manufacturing methods.
11. Spiritual and Religious Products
L'Atelier Thaï offers products associated with Buddhism, Hinduism, Thai spirituality and other cultural and religious traditions.
Descriptions concerning spiritual or traditional beliefs are provided for cultural and informational purposes and reflect traditional beliefs or practices.
L'Atelier Thaï does not guarantee that an amulet, religious object, gemstone or other spiritual product will produce a particular spiritual, financial, health or personal outcome.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, text, logos, graphics, product descriptions and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to L'Atelier Thaï and/or EVAN STUDIO CO., LTD., unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, customs delays, government restrictions, strikes, war, pandemics or other events beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Privacy
Personal information provided during the ordering process is used for purposes including order processing, payment, shipping, customer service and legal or regulatory requirements.

15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to EVAN STUDIO CO., LTD. in Thailand, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted to them under the laws of their country of residence.
